Smooth rubber contact wheel, diameter 150 mm, thickness 100 mm

smooth rubber contact wheels are essential components for abrasive belt applications, designed to provide uniform and controlled contact between the belt and the workpiece. the smooth surface makes them suitable for a wide range of operations, especially when used with fine grit abrasive belts, where a consistent, mark-free finish is required. available in hardnesses ranging from 30 to 90 shore (standard 60 shore), they offer the right balance between stock removal and surface quality. the rubber compound is resistant to all hydrocarbons, ensuring reliability and long service life even in demanding industrial environments.
