Tallow and stearin grease
tallow (stearin) is an anti-clogging lubricant mainly used on abrasive belts, especially for deburring and rough grinding of aluminium. it reduces material loading on the abrasive surface, extending belt life and improving grinding efficiency. supplied in bars of approximately 1,200 grams, it is available in two hardness grades: the soft version is recommended for winter use, while the harder grade is suitable for warmer environments and heavy stock removal operations.
