unitized fibre-backed discs are produced by bonding a circular ring of unitized abrasive onto a strong fibre backing plate, similar to those used for flap discs. the compressed unitized structure delivers highly uniform, bright finishes with minimal heat generation and without altering workpiece geometry. ideal for fine finishing and light deburring on metals and composites. available in 115 and 125 mm diameters.
