1a abrasive film belts are designed for high-precision lapping and surface finishing applications. the catalogue includes several standard sizes (622×30, 760×40, 940×60 and 2000×50 mm), but since the belts are manufactured in-house by consiglio abrasivi, custom sizes according to customer specifications are available on request. typically produced using lf lapping film, they ensure consistent results, reduced processing times and excellent process repeatability.
