This page summarises the conditions relating to returns, the right of withdrawal and refunds for purchases made on Consiglio Shop.
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which the Consumer receives the products.
If the order is delivered in several shipments or separate parcels, the 14-day period starts from the day on which the Consumer receives the last product or the last parcel.
“Consumer” means a natural person purchasing for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, craft or professional activity.
The right of withdrawal provided by the Italian Consumer Code does not apply to purchases made by companies, professionals, craftsmen, businesses or VAT holders purchasing in the course of their activity.
Any B2B commercial returns must be authorised in advance in writing by Consiglio Abrasivi Srl. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send an explicit statement of the decision to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period.

The Consumer may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this page, or send any other explicit statement of the decision to withdraw.
After communicating the withdrawal, the Consumer must return the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the Consumer communicated the decision to withdraw.
The deadline is met if the Consumer ships the products before the 14-day period has expired.

Before shipping the return, it is advisable to wait for the operational instructions from customer service, in order to facilitate parcel identification and proper handling of the case.
In case of withdrawal exercised by the Consumer, the direct costs of returning the products are borne by the Consumer.
The Consumer may choose the preferred courier or postal service. The return shipment travels under the Consumer’s responsibility until delivery to Consiglio Abrasivi Srl.
Parcels sent cash on delivery or with transport costs charged to the recipient will not be accepted.
No restocking fees are charged to Consumers.
Products must be returned intact, complete with any accessories, instructions, labels and original packaging, where available.
The Consumer is only responsible for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
For technical products, abrasives, tools, accessories or machines, actual use of the product, assembly, processing, consumption, tampering or damage may result in a reduction of the refundable value.
In case of valid withdrawal, Consiglio Abrasivi Srl will refund the payments received from the Consumer, including any standard delivery costs paid at the time of purchase.
Any additional costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the Seller will not be refunded.
The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which Consiglio Abrasivi Srl is informed of the Consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract.
Consiglio Abrasivi Srl may withhold the refund until it has received the returned products or until the Consumer has provided proof of having shipped the return, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed between the parties and without any additional cost for the Consumer.
The right of withdrawal may be excluded, in the cases provided by law, for:

If the Customer receives a defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product, the Customer must contact Consiglio Abrasivi Srl at info@consiglioabrasivi.com, indicating:
In case of defective, incorrect or non-conforming products, the case will be handled according to the applicable rules on warranty and conformity. If the claim is justified, Consiglio Abrasivi Srl will bear the necessary costs for handling the return, replacement, repair or refund, as provided by law.
