VSM ACTIROX – Maximum stock removal, faster
The VSM ACTIROX range is designed for demanding coarse grinding operations such as bevelling, deburring, weld seam preparation and levelling, as well as the removal of mill scale and surface imperfections.
Its geometrically shaped and vertically aligned ceramic grain provides an extremely aggressive cut and rapid stock removal. During grinding, the grain breaks down in a controlled manner, continuously generating new sharp cutting edges. The result is increased productivity, shorter processing times and a consistent surface finish.

ACTIROX AF799 – The versatile solution
The ideal choice for general-purpose coarse grinding applications and for users looking for a fast, aggressive and reliable fibre disc. It offers an excellent balance between stock removal, service life and ease of use in common industrial applications.
ACTIROX AF890 – Aggressive cutting with reduced heat generation
AF890 features the special VSM TOP SIZE coating, which enhances machining performance and reduces the temperature in the grinding zone. It is particularly suitable for applications where overheating and discolouration must be minimised, such as stainless-steel grinding.
ACTIROX AF979 – For the toughest applications
Developed for heavy-duty grinding and particularly high contact pressures, AF979 combines an extremely long service life with maximum stock removal. It is the recommended solution for intensive applications, cut edges, heavy weld seams and processes where productivity and disc durability are the main priorities.
