surface conditioning (scm) hook-and-loop discs provide uniform finishing, cool cutting and excellent clogging resistance thanks to their non-woven abrasive structure bonded to a nylon backing. ideal for blending, satin finishing and light deburring on all metals, they can be used dry or wet. available in all scm grades.
